LBPD to Host Car Seat Checkup & Education Event Sept. 23, 2023 @ Boys & Girls Club of LB
The Long Beach Police Department will be hosting a free car seat checkup and education event on Saturday, September 23, from 9 am to 3 pm at the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach, located at 700 East Del Amo Boulevard.
The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) has partnered with the California Office of Traffic Safety to host a “Car Seat Checkup and Education Event.” This free event is open to the public to have their car seat installations checked. The technicians will teach parents and caregivers how to install the car seat correctly, as well as educate them on the appropriate seat based on the child’s age and size.
