For the past 30 years, Stephanie C. Harper, PHRca, CHRM, CCP, has worked in the human resources field with some of America’s most prominent business entities. First as an employee, then a Business Consultant, Stephanie has been a leader in the human resources world making indelible marks and leaving an impact on those whom she encounters. In 2008, she set a goal to reach 1 million job seekers and surpassed her mark, reaching 2.5 million listeners in her first radio debut as the Employment Expert for SGN the Light, which is nationally syndicated, but based in Atlanta Georgia where she resided for 10 years until returning home to California. She held a secondary Employment Expert radio personality post for 91.9FM, also in Atlanta.
No stranger to the world of media, her human resources expertise has been sought for many conferences, in print, radio and TV, most notably as an Employment Expert on the Steve Harvey TV Show.
A bi-costal native of California, Stephanie shares her time between Northern and Southern California. She is a Certified Sexual Harassment Trainer, A Subject Matter Expert for HSI (training America’s workforce on a variety of compliance and safety issues) and she is a Board Member of the Northern California Employer Advisory Council. Committed to her craft, Stephanie is a multi-book published author (2 best sellers), and the Founder and Publisher of CAREER Magazine. Her motto is to help others “know better, do better and live better” through career exploration, excellence and expertise.
Stephanie sits on the Board of the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce – Long Beach Area Chapter and is one of the newest contributing writers for Long Beach Black News.
