Donell as the equity receiver in the case of Wayne J. Saks vs. Jeffrey Pink, Beverly Spalding Homeowners’ Association, et al. (Case 19SMCV00289 consolidated and merged with Case 19SMCV01637).
The case involves equity receivership over a homeowners’ association for a condominium property located in Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Donell was appointed as equity receiver to take possession and control over the association, to care for and maintain the property, and to perform repairs to comply with local building and safety codes.
